Treasures in Lewes Hosting Unode50 Trunk Show, August 21st – 22nd

Treasures in Lewes will be hosting an Uno de 50 Trunk Shows on August 21^st – 22^nd.  A huge selection of the new Fall collection – “Universe - From the Earth to the Sky” will be available!  To celebrate the Trunk Show, we’ll be serving wine and appetizers all day Friday and Saturday.  Additionally, the first 12 UNOde50 purchases will receive a complementary gift bag with coupons and other goodies!  An UNOde50 representative will be in attendance both days to help you select the perfect piece to add to your collection AND all UNOde50 purchases will be entered into a raffle to win an UNOde50 piece of jewelry!

UNOde50 is an innovative jewelry company that was founded in the late 1990s by a group of designers who were determined to establish a brand of fashion jewelry and accessories that would break all existing molds!   The icon of the Spanish jewelry brand, the small padlock, contains far more than a name. With a rounded shape and a handcrafted character, it was designed to symbolize the protection of exclusive uniquely designed jewelry.  UNOde50 is authentic for its creativity, unique style, bold spirit, and 100% handcrafted “Made in Spain” production process.

The 100% Handcrafted process is one of the most intriguing aspects of this stunning jewelry line.  UNOde50 designers begin their process by sketching designs in order to determine their concept and material requirements.  Next, a wax version of the piece is sculpted and refined using files, chisels, and scrapers.  After the wax sculpture is complete, a mold is created, which is later used to cast the silver metal alloy for the finished piece of jewelry.  Finally, the piece is completed manually using chisels, torches, and other finishing tools.  At this stage in the process, other materials are incorporated like leather, crystals, etc.
